Description: This is a 29 year old woman who had previously undergone rhinoplasty by another surgeon. She felt that the bridge was too low and the tip was over projected and hung too low. During her revision rhinoplasty, her bridge was augmented, and the tip rotated superiorly. She also underwent V-Y lip augmentation with fat transfer.
