Revision Rhinoplasty Pictures

45 year old female who had collapse of her nose following previous nasal surgery at another center. She had lost support of the nasal dorsum and nasal tip with collapse of both. She underwent revision rhinoplasty using a rib graft that was harvested using a small incision hidden within the crease below her breast (inframammary crease).  Dr. Achih Chen completed the revision rhinoplasty at The Georgia Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, serving patients from Augusta and Evans, GA as well as Aiken, SC.
