78 year old woman who was bothered by her neck and the fine lines throughout her facial skin. She underwent facelift, chin implant and full face laser resurfacing with the erbium laser. Aggressive fat removal was performed to help create the best neck possible. Notice how the chin implant helps form the illusion of a longer neck.
