Dr. Booth

From a young age, Dr. Renee Booth has always taken care of others. From humble beginnings, she often cared for her younger siblings while her parents worked. Healthcare seemed a natural fit. She pursued a nursing degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honors). Although she enjoyed nursing, she realized that she wanted to care for patients as a physician. She completed her prerequisite courses at the University of Arizona and was accepted by top-tier medical school, the University of Virginia, where she received her Doctorate of Medicine.

Dr. Booth was selected from a nationwide pool of the top medical students for residency training in the highly competitive specialty of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, a specialty that operates exclusively in the face, head, and neck. During her residency training at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, she worked with prominent facial plastic surgeons. Dr. Booth appreciated the complexity of the head and neck anatomy, but she loved the art and science of facial plastic surgery.

Following her residency, she was amongst a select group of the top graduating residents nationally chosen by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to complete subspecialty fellowship training in facial plastic surgery.

Dr. Booth’s dedication and ability to overcome obstacles has shaped how she cares for her patients; her diligence and her attention to even the smallest detail distinguish her surgical results. Not only does she provide excellent care for her patients, but her empathy and compassion for patients exemplifies her care.
