This 26 year-old patient presented to the Georgia Center concerned about the prominence of her ears. She had been self-conscious her whole life about them, but with her wedding only a few months away, she wanted to see what could be done. Using an incision hidden behind the ear, we pinned back the ear with sutures, creating an antihelical fold. Post-operative photograph was taken 6 weeks after surgery.
