This is a 24 year old woman who desired a more defined neck and jawline. Following her consultation with Augusta and Evans, GA - based facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Achih H. Chen, she underwent neck liposuction with a neck muscle tightening procedure, submentoplasty. Submentoplasty is a procedure that involves tightening the muscles of the neck that lay under the chin to better define the neck beyond what liposuction alone can achieve.
